Whole Fruit Pineapple Peach Lemonade
Yield: roughly ½ gallon
Ingredients
- 1 Small Pineapple (very ripe)
- 2 Peaches (very ripe)
- Juice of 3 Lemons
- ¼-1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1½ tablespoons Vanilla
- 4 cups Cold Water
- Ice
Directions
- Cut the top and bottom off of the pineapple. Cut the skin of the sides. Cut the pineapple into cubes (including the core - the core is full of Bromelian!). Place the pineapple cubes in a high speed blender.
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Add them to the blender along with the lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, and 2 cups of the water. Blend on high speed for one minute, or until completely liquefied and smooth. Pour into a pitcher and stir in the remaining 2 cups of water. Taste and add more maple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
- Pour over ice and serve!
- Add 1 ounce tequila for a refreshing cocktail.
