Cherry & Gin Negroni Fizz
- 1.5 - 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 bar spoons Cherry Juice (from jar of cherries)
- Soda Water
- Luxardo Cherries
- Fill a small cocktail glass with ice.
- Add the gin, aperol, sweet vermouth, and cherry juice to a beaker and stir 15-20 times, until combined.
- Pour over the glass of ice and top off with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with Luxardo cherries on a toothpick.
