

Green Apple Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Green Grapes
- 1 orange, peeled, cut in half
- 1 Banana, frozen (broken into pieces prior to freezing)
- ½ Avocado
- 1 Green Apple, core removed, sliced
- 4 Mint Sprigs, stems removed
- 1 cup Kale, stalks removed
- Juice of ½ Lime
- 1 cup Water
Directions
- Place ingredients in a blender (preferably high speed) in the order listed. Blend, slowly working your way up to high speed, until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour into glasses and drink right away!
Orange Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 Oranges, peeled, cut in half
- 2 small Bananas
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 small carrot, cut into 4-5 pieces
- ½ cup Plain Yogurt
- ½ cup water
Directions
- Place ingredients in a blender (preferably high speed) in the order listed. Blend, slowly working your way up to high speed, until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour into glasses and serve!
Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Orange, peeled, cut in half
- ⅔ cup Frozen Rhubarb
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, stems removed
- 1 Banana
- ¼ cup Plain Yogurt
- ¼ cup Pomegranate Juice
- ¼ cup Water
Directions
- Place ingredients in a blender (preferably high speed) in the order listed. Blend, slowly working your way up to high speed, until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour into glasses and serve!
