Elderflower Gin Sour


  • 1 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
  • 1 ounce Empress Gin
  • Lemon slice, to garnish
    *Serves one


    1. Place the elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
    2. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.
    3. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
    4. Float the Empress Gin on top of the first cocktail layer by pouring it onto a spoon held over the top of the ice.
    5. Garnish with a lemon slice.
