Elderflower Gin Sour
- 1 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce Empress Gin
- Lemon slice, to garnish
- Place the elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
- Float the Empress Gin on top of the first cocktail layer by pouring it onto a spoon held over the top of the ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
