Forged For Farmhouse: Meet Our New Cutlery

When we first launched our Woodstock Cutlery, named after our hometown, James set out to revive a struggling cutlery factory. That pattern has since become a favorite amongst Farmhouse collectors.

Now, we're building on that foundation — bringing you five new patterns and new steak knives to suit every table and every style.

Each pattern was selected by James with the same ethos in mind: refined simplicity that works for a range of aesthetics. In a recent visit to the workshop and in his ongoing quest for inspiration at antique shops, he found vintage and traditional molds and reimagined them for the modern table.

What sets our cutlery apart is the heritage finish. Each piece is tumbled in stone — a technique that creates a vintage, lived-in patina. The resulting matte surface is reminiscent of pewter or the pieces that are handed down through a family’s generations.

This intentional aging technique creates versatility and adds depth to the table. The matte finish layers beautifully with lustrous pieces like our mouth-blown glassware, glazed ceramics, and brass candlelight.

Each piece of our cutlery is finished through stone-tumbling, creating a heritage matte finish that feels naturally lived-in. The Farmhouse logo is carefully etched as a final signature touch.

For those who, like James, love finding the perfect antiques, the French Country pattern is vintage-inspired and timeless. The handle design features a center pleat inspired by the gentle fold of a leaf.
