Ingredients

2 oz Barr Hill Gin
1 oz Apple Cider
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
3-5 blackberries
Ice
Cinnamon stick, extra blackberries, and star anise for garnish

Directions

Put blackberries and honey syrup into your Countryman Cocktail Beaker muddle until combined.
Add the Barr Hill Gin, apple cider, lemon juice, and ice to the beaker and stir until combined.
Strain into a Cloud Cup over ice.
Garnish with blackberries, a cinnamon stick, and star anise.
