This delightful Autumn in Vermont cocktail combines the warm and robust flavors of bourbon whiskey with the crisp sweetness of Vermont apple cider and the zingy spiciness of ginger beer. Ingredients

  • 1 part Bourbon
  • 1 part Cider
  • 1 part Ginger Beer
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail beaker with ice. 
  2. Add the bourbon and cider to the beaker and stir until combined.
  3. Add the ginger beer.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass. 
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick (smoke the stick for a fun twist!)
  6. Enjoy!
