Materials:

Enameled cast iron. Oven safe up to 500° F. Top rim of pan is not enameled and requires oiling after each use.

Care:

Let pan cool before washing, best to hand-wash with mild soap, with soft sponge. Do not use metal utensils to serve with; inside enamel can scratch.
