Our Shipping Policy
- While we strive to have inventory for all items available online, in some cases pottery is made to order.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for our potters to create your piece.
- Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please call or email to arrange USPS shipping.
- All Orders ship Monday - Friday.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and will generally arrive within 2-8 business days (depending on proximity to our workshop in VT).
Our expedited shipping services can be found at checkout. When choosing an expedited service please note it may take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Contact us at info[at]farmhousepottery.com or 802.774.8373 with questions to make sure you receive your order on time.

For Canadian Customers:
“Canadian Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$10, plus and applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery”.
We strive for 100% satisfaction upon opening our packages, however damages and mistakes can sometimes occur. Please contact us immediately and we will correct the problem.
Damages - Please send a photo(s) to email@example.com and keep packaging materials for claim inspection. Replacements will be sent immediately.
Missing/Incorrect Orders - Contact us regarding the issue and we will ship replacements immediately.
