Our handcrafted items are created and packed with care to become a lasting part of your home. Our dedicated team processes orders and ships in full. Estimated shipping times do not include processing time. Due to high volume of FedEx, UPS and USPS, processing and delivery delays may occur.

Promotional Shipping Offers

Promotional shipping offers apply to Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States only. 


Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped either via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and take into account shipping location and delivery time.


Expedited Shipping

Our expedited shipping services can be found at checkout.

When choosing an expedited service please note shipping service is applied once the order is processed, which can take up to one week.

The delivery time frame listed at check out is the amount of time it will take for the package to be delivered after the order is processed and fulfilled.

International Shipping

For Canadian Customers:

The customer pays a shipping fee and the shipper (Farmhouse Pottery) will cover all taxes/duties/fees associated with the shipment.


Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Orders

We strive for 100% satisfaction upon opening our packages, however damages and mistakes can sometimes occur. Please contact us immediately and we will correct the problem.

Damages - Please send a photo(s) to care@farmhousepottery.com and keep packaging materials for claim inspection. 

Incomplete/Incorrect Orders - Contact us regarding the issue and we will ship replacements immediately.
