National Accounts Manager

Location: Woodstock, VT

Type: Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee National Wholesale Accounts
  • Manage Dropship accounts
  • Oversee Corporate Sales Program
  • Develop and grow Trade Program
  • Reporting

Oversee National Wholesale Accounts: 

  • Develop and monitor relationships with our highest volume accounts with a national presence
  • Introduce new products thoughtfully with a goal of incentivizing the account to sell
  • Develop an attractive pricing structure to incentivize higher sales volumes
  • Schedule meetings and visits to grow existing accounts
  • Manage outreach to open new national accounts

Manage Dropship Accounts: 

  • Develop and monitor relationships with existing dropship partners
  • Analyze existing account assortments and make recommendations to improve sales volumes
  • Complete vendor set up processes for new pieces on all partner platforms
  • Work with inventory team to allocate inventory to dropship partners appropriately and oversee seasonal shifts
  • Review and improve pricing structures with existing accounts and ensure consistency
  • Research and present any opportunities for new dropship accounts

Oversee Corporate Sales Program: 

  • Develop a corporate sales program and present to management
  • Research and approach potential corporate sales clients
  • Work with product development team on custom requests
  • Work with marketing team to publicize the program and create new opportunities for sales

Develop and Grow Trade Program: 

  • Review existing trade program and make necessary improvements
  • Develop a marketing approach to improve sales within trade clients
  • Research and reach out to designers to increase trade program participation
  • Work with sales to develop an appropriate pricing structure based on volume


  • Develop and present a weekly report to management of account performance including national, dropship, trade and corporate programs
  • Consistently monitor performance in comparison to goals


  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Weekend availability for trade shows (4x per year)
