Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if the items I'd like are out of stock?
    Our sale is applicable while supplies last. We are unable to take pre-orders for items that are not in stock during the sale. We encourage customers to sign up for the BACK IN STOCK EMAIL ALERTS to be notified when inventory has been replenished and items are available again. The back in stock email option is available in the bottom right corner of the product page.

    We recommend shopping early - limited quantities are available and we will sell out of popular items!
  • May I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
    We are unable to combine orders into consolidated shipments due to the high order volume. Orders will be processed and shipped separately with shipping applied accordingly.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Our order processing time is approximately 1 – 2 weeks. With such high order volume and carrier delays during the holidays, we are unable to provide exact shipping dates for orders. We try our best to be as transparent as possible with our lead times and share the information that is available to us from our warehouse.
  • If I choose expedited shipping, will my order arrive in X number of days?
    Expedited shipping delivery estimates are based on shipping time once the package leaves our warehouse, which can take up to 2 weeks during high volume periods.
  • How long will items in my cart be reserved? Can I add items I might want to my cart, then return later to make the purchase?
    Items in your cart will not be reserved. We recommend you select the pieces you want and complete your purchase as soon as possible. We can't guarantee items in your cart will still be available. 
  • Why is dinnerware not included in the sale?
    The demand for our wheel thrown dinnerware has been exceeding our ability to produce, so our inventory has been extremely low, or nonexistent! To keep up with the demand, we are not discounting dinnerware currently.
