  • What if the items I'd like are out of stock?
    Our sale is applicable while supplies last. We are unable to take pre-orders for items that are not in stock during the sale. We encourage customers to sign up for the BACK IN STOCK EMAIL ALERTS to be notified when inventory has been replenished and items are available again. The back in stock email option is available in the bottom right corner of the product page.

    We recommend shopping early - limited quantities are available and we will sell out of popular items!
  • May I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
    We are unable to combine orders into consolidated shipments due to the high order volume. Orders will be processed and shipped separately with shipping applied accordingly.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Our order processing time is approximately 1 – 2 weeks. With such high order volume and carrier delays during the holidays, we are unable to provide exact shipping dates for orders. We try our best to be as transparent as possible with our lead times and share the information that is available to us from our warehouse.
  • If I choose expedited shipping, will my order arrive in X number of days?
    Expedited shipping delivery estimates are based on shipping time once the package leaves our warehouse, which can take up to 2 weeks during high volume periods.
  • How long will items in my cart be reserved? Can I add items I might want to my cart, then return later to make the purchase?
    Items in your cart will not be reserved. We recommend you select the pieces you want and complete your purchase as soon as possible. We can't guarantee items in your cart will still be available. 
  • When is the Sale?
    It begins at 10am EST on Tuesday, November 22th and runs through 11:59pm EST Monday, November 28th! Mark your calendars, set your alarms, make your wishlist, and get ready to shop our BIGGEST Sale of the year!
  • What's on sale?

  • I just placed an order, can I get the Black Friday savings even though it was placed before or after the sale?
    These sitewide savings are only available November 22 - November 28!
  • Can I use other coupons during this sale?
    Yes! During the sale you can use other coupon codes if it is greater than the sale for even more savings! You cannot "stack" discounts however, only the best deal will apply!

  • I just placed my order and want to change it, what do I do?
    Please contact us at care@farmhousepottery.com. Orders will have to be cancelled and replaced during high volume days.  Please be patient as we will be experiencing a high volume amount of emails.

  • Can I add, edit, or combine my orders?
    Unfortunately, due to the high volume this week, we cannot add to or combine orders. Please remember to review all shipping information carefully, in the event an address or order change is absolutely necessary let us know by emailing care@farmhouspottery.com. We cannot guarantee changes on orders that are being processed.
  • Is Free Shipping Sitewide?
    YES! Receive FREE Standard Shipping on any orders $300+ (valid on shipping within the US only). Additional orders cannot be combined.

  • How long will it take to receive my shipment with "standard ground"?
    *Standard Ground – please allow 7-14 days to receive your order. The fulfillment team will be working hard but you may experience an additional delay from our usual window due to high demand.
    *Expedited – we will process these orders quicker but there may still be a bit of a fulfillment delay depending on order volume.
