Graphic Design Manager

Location: Woodstock, VT

Type: Full time or contract positions available

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Create in-store visuals
  • Design marketing campaigns
  • Organize and Maintain brand assets
  • Develop product packaging and presentation
  • Design seasonal print materials

Create in store visuals: 

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and design in-store signage
  • Analyze existing in-store presentation and present ways to improve the customer experience
  • Assist merchandising team with the presentation of new products to ensure customer visibility in store
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

Design Marketing Campaigns: 

  • Work closely with the marketing and social team on developing and maintaining a content calendar across all channels
  • Manage deadlines and deliver drafts of all campaign materials in advance
  • Develop marketing email layout templates and leverage for appropriate campaigns
  • Develop creative assets for in-store and online to appropriately communicate marketing campaigns to all customers

Organize and Maintain Brand Assets: 

  • Manage company graphic assets including logos, fonts, colors etc. 
  • Maintain company dropbox account and ensure usability across all managers
  • Ensure all print materials, signage, digital campaigns are consistent and work together to tell the brand story

Develop Product Packaging and Presentation: 

  • Work closely with the product development team to design packaging for new and existing products that aligns with the brand standards and improves the user experience
  • Develop new packaging for shipped products to improve the user experience
  • Manage print vendors appropriately and assist with maintaining proper packaging inventory levels

Design Seasonal Print Materials: 

  • In accordance with marketing directives, develop seasonal catalogs and inserts in accordance with brand standards
  • Seasonally adjust packaging to optimize user experience
  • Develop the brand voice with a consideration to eco-friendliness
  • Present new ideas for digital pieces in addition to print assets


  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
  • Familiarity with G-suite and Dropbox
  • Ability to follow deadlines closely and adjust work schedules accordingly
  • Ability to consider criticism and make edits promptly
  • Prior experience in graphic design and/or a bachelor's degree in design
