• When is the Birthday Sale?
  It begins at 10am EST on Friday, October 28th and runs through 11:59pm EST Sunday, November 6th! Mark your calendars, set your alarms, make your wishlist, and get ready to shop our BEST ever Birthday Sale!
• What are the Birthday Gifts?
  It's a SURPRISE! Every day we are giving away a different Brand Icon with any order $300 and over! These gifts are truly great! PLUS, all orders qualify for 10% off sitewide!
• Can I still get a FREE gift if I spend a combined $300 on different days?
  Nope! Our birthday gifts are different each day and are only available on single orders $300 and over! Orders cannot be combined from separate transactions.
• I just placed an order, can I get 10% off and/or the free gift even though it was placed before or after the sale?
  This special 10% birthday discount and free gift are only available during our birthday, 10am EST on Friday, October 28th through 11:59pm EST Sunday, November 6th.
  
• Can use other coupons during this sale?
  Yes! During the sale you can use other coupon codes if it is greater than 10% for even more savings! You cannot "stack" discounts however, only the best deal will apply (and you still get your free birthday gift)!
  
  
• I just placed my order and want to change it, what do I do?
  Please contact us at care@farmhousepottery.com. Order changes can't be guaranteed while your order is being processed. Please be patient as we will be experiencing a high volume amount of emails.
  
  
• I qualified for a free gift already but like today's gift better. Will you swap gifts for me?
  There will be no substitutions! If you like a certain day's gift, then you must place an order on that day in order to receive it. 
• What time do the gifts change from day to day?
  We will introduce the new gift of the day in our 10am email. If you place your order after 10am, you will get the new gift.

• Can I add, edit, or combine my orders?
  Unfortunately, due to the high volume this week, we cannot add to or combine orders. Please remember to review all shipping information carefully, in the event an address or order change is absolutely necessary let us know by emailing care@farmhouspottery.com. We cannot guarantee changes on orders that are being processed.
• Is Free Shipping Sitewide?
  YES! Receive FREE Standard Shipping on any orders $250+ (valid on shipping within the US only). Additional orders cannot be combined.
  
  
• How long will it take to receive my shipment with "standard ground"?
  *Standard Ground – please allow 7-14 days to receive your order. The fulfillment team will be working hard but you may experience an additional delay from our usual window due to high demand.
  *Expedited – we will process these orders quicker but there may still be a bit of a fulfillment delay depending on order volume.
